think I've got right. For the chorus, just play the chords. The
horns are really what can be heard in the chorus, and some day I
might tab that out for guitar (if it is possible).

I'd actually play this with a capo on 2. This way you can
play the 2nd chord in the above sequence as x24434 rather
than x24234, which is your other option. It doesn't interfere
with the other chords in the song as the Em (x79987) and the
A (577655) are higher up.
